~Mango-bango Smoothie

In the following smoothie recipe I love how Paula Duval, the recipe

originator, suggests that you sort of 'ring out' the mango over the

food processor/blender-- anyone who has worked with a ripe mango knows

how very juicy they are, and how it is difficult to get all the flesh

off the pit adequately! Scrumptious!

Mango-Bango Smoothie

1 cup fresh apple juice

1 mango, peeled, cubed or squeezed with hand into blender

1 fresh or frozen banana

1 cup fresh blueberries

Blend apple juice, mango, banana, and blueberries in a blender until smooth and creamy.

Drink immediately.
