Quantity for 1 person:
*Soak 3 natural almonds in 1 oz. Ningxia Red juice
*Grind up 1 T. flax seed in coffee bean grinder
Add to the Processor bowl in the following order:
*½ C. Frozen Blueberries
*Ground Flax Seed
*1 T. Hemp Protein Powder
*1 organic apple, cored, seeded, cut in segments
*Almond-Ningxia Red combination
Whirr until smooth. Eat it like ice cream with a spoon, or if you want it thinner, add more fluid.
