This is a take-off on the traditional ‘cocktail’ called Beachcomber that includes rum… you’ll find a surprisingly healthy ‘beach-y’ ingredient in this smoothie that you would never imagine! It is sweet and makes a wonderful breakfast drink on Memorial Day, or, well… whatever day or time!
(ingredients per person:)
Put in blender or food processor:
½ Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Ounce of NingXia Red Juice
1 Banana
½ Papaya (large)
1 Tablespoon Spirulina
1½ Cup Unsweetened rice or almond milk
¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon
Blend until smooth.
