
This smoothie has been a daily treat for our household
while the blackberries keep on putting out their
juicy little gems. I also include a couple of tree-
ripe peaches. I know that not everyone has access
to such luscious fruit, but do what you can to
include fruit and berries that are organic, local,
and in-season.
Per person:
Blend together:
1 large bunch of lettuce leaves (or other greens)
2 ripe Peaches (pitted and sliced, but with skin)
2 C. juicy, ripe blackberries
1 ounce NingXia Red juice
Whirr up and enjoy!
