		<description>Hi Brittni-- my sentiments exactly!  But you and I know that there are many people out there who claim to be able to do with much less than 6 hours sleep... What is interesting to me in our sleep-deprived world is that people don&#039;t make the connection between lack of sleep and their behaviors... or those of children.  Did you know that babies need anywhere from 13-17 hours of sleep a day, depending on their ages?  How many out-of-whack little children do we see running around during the traditonal &quot;nap-time&quot; at the Mall?  How about parents (poor souls) who demand that the day care provider not allow the child to nap in the afternoon because they will not go to bed on time at night?  And on and on.  I say, Sleep as much as you need to (and that often means going to bed earlier than you think you need to) AND stay away from electronic devices like cell phones, etc. particularly around sleep time... their electronic charges interfere with brainwaves and set you up for insomnia and other sleep interference.</description>

		<description>Only 6 hours of sleep? WOW.. how can anyone run on 6 hours of sleep? I have to get at least 8-10 hours. but then again I am healing so maybe my body needs more sleep... but seriously.. 6 hours of sleep? how can people still be alive and get LESS then 6 hours of sleep? Only God Knows I guess!
